This top class Jaguar E-Type Roadster was manufactured on the 12th January 1970 and sold new by Archers of Solihull. This matching numbers UK car was subject of a full, total bare shell rebuild from 2001 to 2003 and a full documented 50 page restoration report and photographic record is with the car along with Heritage Certificate, MOT's dating back to 1990 and invoices/history back to 1977.

During restoration, not only were all parts either replaced or re-conditioned but a whole series of upgrades fitted to enhance the car further. This E-Type has a factory specification power steering unit, full stainless steel exhaust system including manifolds, Halogen headlights, clock internals replaced with battery quartz system, adjustable reaction plate (Rob Beere) to change front ride height without removing torsion bars, Lumenition and much more.

Since restoration the E-Type has been kept in a heated garage. The condition today, 5000 miles on since restoration is still outstanding. The body has excellent panel fit and the paintwork is stunning. The interior still appears brand new and the engine bay is beautifully detailed to a standard worthy of entering shows. The underside is equally impressive with a beautiful level of detail. All chrome work is excellent and the hood new.
